I’m delighted to announce that my article “Alfred in Wonderland: Hitchcock through the Looking-Glass,” has won the prize for the best essay published this past year in South Atlantic Review. The piece, which traces the influence of Lewis Carroll’s works on Alfred Hitchcock’s films, was published in SAR 80.3-4, a special issue devoted to film adaptation.
